Transport Exchange Group CRM

Transport Exchange Group (TEG) commissioned us to develop a bespoke Billing and CRM system to centralise their customer data and their business processes.

Scope

PHP/MySQL Web Application Development
Web Services integration
Payment Gateway integration: NetBanx, SagePay
On-Site Consultation, Project Management

What We Did…

Phase 1

We developed a bespoke Billing system for the client based on their requirements which were ascertained in an iterative fashion through a series of meetings and on-site consultations.

Integrated the Billing system with NetBanx, then SagePay (Protx)
Automated remote data backups for added security

Phase 2

We developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads and existing members. This seamlessly integrated with the existing Billing system which we had already developed.

Mobile login available for the managers to view snapshop reports
Web services development to allow integration between TEG’s other existing systems

The Results…

We reduced TEG’s software license costs by developing a bespoke application using open source technologies
We centralised TEG’s billing and customer information and business processes for easier data management and transparency
