The successful candidate will manage the online (digital) marketing division of the business to include Content marketing, SEO, Social Media (all channels) PPC, Email marketing, Automated Marketing for all BeSeen clients. Responsibility to develop online marketing strategies for clients, manage their successful delivery, and provide significant ROI for clients.
Business Development
- Develop digital marketing services strategy for the company
- Establish product packages to take to market
- Develop and manage a profitable pricing structure
- Develop efficient delivery of digital marketing services
- Manage business budgets and revenue targets
- Develop business growth activities to grow the Digital business
- Manage resources and team to execute client requirements
Client Engagement
- Client ownership for digital marketing activity sales, planning and execution in collaboration with the Account Director / Manager
- Account ownership and responsibility for pure digital marketing clients
- Generate creative ideas, develop, implement, track and optimise clients digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Drive added value to all clients
- Monthly client reporting – Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against agreed goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Client education: Create and deliver engaging presentations to target audience when necessary at public events
- Support web development projects from an SEO, content and UX perspective
Desired experience and skills
- Degree in Business and / or Marketing related subjects
- Member of CIM or other industry marketing associations
- Strong working relationship with Google (Google Certified)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- A Digital mindset
- Experience (3-4 years) in Content marketing, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and Social media essential
- Understanding of ecommerce and web development beneficial
- Strong creative and analytical skills with data driven thinking
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Raven etc)
- Ability to present / talk to all levels of audience and business seniority
- Man management skills and experience
- UK experience and residence essential

What the role will involve:
- Working as a key member of the technical team.
- Working across the full life cycle of website development builds, from creation through to launch, and beyond.
- Technical WordPress development
- Working with our Digital team to implement digital marketing strategies.
- Maintaining and optimising websites.

- Providing first level customer support to resolve issues
The skills required are:
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least PHP5.
- A strong understanding of SQL and database structure.
- Can build front-ends with good, valid and cross browser compatible HTML / CSS / Javascript.
