With this in mind, check out some recent stats of one of our clients. They run a Magento store with 3000+ products. We managed the full design and build of this store, launched it over 18 months ago, and have been helping them push up revenue ever since. We carried out a YoY (Year on Year) comparison of sales, revenue and conversion rate since the beginning of August to 16th October (approximately a 2.5 month period).
A quick summary of the results above:
- Conversion rate up 146%
- Traffic was also up (from our organic SEO activities) – not shown on the above report
- This led to revenue being up a whopping 446% from approx £9k to £49k
