Veber have been providing hosting services since 1999. Their speciality is providing unique hosting solutions for unique businesses.
The business started by providing B2B computer solutions and then dedicated Microsoft Windows servers to business users who needed a web presence. In 2011, they adapted their focus to help businesses utilise the Cloud, with excellent customer service and reliability being the keys to their success.


The Veber branding and website had been in place since 2011. Since then, the business had developed considerably, whilst the website remained largely the same. As a result, the website no longer supported the business objectives, and the logo no longer represented the brand and its values.

BeSeen were tasked with redeveloping the brand, messaging and website in a way which repositioned Veber in the marketplace. The website, in particular, would have to raise the awareness of Veber as a lead provider of cloud hosting solutions, act as a lead generation engine and support their sales process. It also needed to resonate with their target audiences.



After an extremely productive and insightful Discovery Workshop, where we got to fully understand the business and establish detailed target audience profiles, we got to work on the new branding.  The culmination of the branding process was a new corporate identity, with brand guidelines and colour palette to ensure consistency of the new brand.

Stage two was to design a fully responsive website which incorporated the colour palette from the new brand identity. The website was to be built on a WordPress platform so that the client would be able to manage the website internally by making content changes easily. It was agreed that the website was to have an issues-based approach, to show the user that Veber understands their problems and that they can help to solve them. The aim was to have a website that generated leads and positioned the company as superior to its competitors.


Veber were delighted with their new logo and website, which had really re-energised their brand and taken their business to a new level. They were particularly pleased with the new messaging that we developed, including their new tagline, ‘best of breed cloud services’. Another stand-out feature on the site was the imagery, which was chosen to support the key messages.
As for the cold, hard results, the website engagement stats have improved since the new website has been launched. There has been a 10% drop in the bounce rate and an increase in both the average time spent on the site and the number of pages viewed per visit.
